You’ll also learn Effortless Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra, which have been shown to make CBT-I much more effective. And you’ll be learning all of these methods in a way that’s fun, enjoyable and requires very little effort.

The Effortless Sleep Course will be available starting October 1, 2025. You will be able to sign up starting in September.
